NexOps, short for Next-Gen Operations, exists to make serious infrastructure, security, and automation available to businesses that don’t have an IT department. The premise is simple: most of what large companies pay heavily for can be built from open-source and free-tier tools, if someone who has run those systems at scale puts them together properly.
Behind NexOps is a network of senior practitioners: careers that started in network closets and server rooms, and grew into leading cloud migrations, platform and security functions, and data teams across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
That experience includes running platform and security for multinationals: zero-trust adoption, large-scale cloud cost reduction, and replacing licence-heavy systems with open-source alternatives run in-house. The same playbook applies at NexOps: validate a tool against enterprise standards, deploy it, then train the team that owns it, so the savings survive after the consultants leave.
Outside client work, the habit continues in the open: our people answer developer questions in public and publish automation tools anyone can use, which keeps the advice grounded in problems people actually hit.
