What we do with your data
The short version: almost nothing, on purpose. Here’s the whole of it, in plain language.
No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. You can verify that yourself: open your browser’s developer tools and watch the network tab.
We count a handful of anonymous events — for example, how many times a day the Fit Check button is clicked. Each count is a name, a date and a number. No IP address, no device details, no identifier of any kind is stored with it.
What you send us
If you use the contact form or the Fit Check, we store what you typed — your name, how to reach you, and your answers — in our own systems, and we use it for exactly one thing: replying to you and preparing the response we promised. Fit Check submissions also trigger an email alert to us so you’re not left waiting.
No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn’t ask for, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.
Infrastructure
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and protect against abuse, as any host does. Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in our database.
