A secure Azure data centre, delivered as code
A complete hub-and-spoke Azure environment, built as a proof of concept for a highly regulated financial-services setting: the network, firewall, Kubernetes platform, central logging, threat protection, and compliance, defined entirely in code. New isolated tenant data centres spin up from the same modules in under an hour, identical and auditable every time. Compliance is enforced by policy rather than checklists, mapped to ISO 27001, CIS, NIST, and financial-sector regulation.
Cutting a multinational's cloud bill by half
A full audit and a twelve-month plan: high reservation coverage kept continuously optimised, auto-scaling, a move to containers to make standards enforceable, and a reinstated gatekeeping process for new spend, so the savings held.
